Delightful walk through the history of biking. Videos. Bikes owned by famous people. Trick bikes, including one where the rider sits inside the wheel, from the Beijing Olympics, I believe.
The Bicycle Museum is amazing. It was a great stop on our road trip. We happened to see the sign on the highway and made an impromptu stop. It was so worth it! The admission fee is a nominal donation, and if you enjoy bicycles they have an supreme collection! The staff was passionate and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone that enjoys bicycles, history, etc.
It's worth the drive from the interstate. Whether you ride bicycles or not, whatever your age, you will leave here smiling. The town is beautiful too. Plan on staying between an hour to an hour & a half depending on your choice to watch the video.
This place is awesome. The collection is incredible, the staff is knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to. Off the beaten path in a nice small midwestern town. Definitely worth the extra drive time. Better yet, take the back roads to get here and enjoy the ride.
Very impressive collection that spans across history, all the way back to the very first bicycle! Plenty of interesting designs that are fun to look at. The staff is really nice and infromative. Overall very memorable!
